BIOGRAPHY

  • Jenny’s career began as an associate in the litigation department of the New York City law firm of Friedman Kaplan Seiler & Adelman LLP where she practiced for four years.  At Friedman Kaplan, Jenny’s practice focused on complex commercial litigation, employment litigation and arbitration, legal malpractice defense, and white-collar criminal defense.
  • In 2007, Jenny and her family relocated to Santa Fe, where she was born and raised, and she has practiced law here ever since. Jenny maintains a diverse practice focused in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, contract law, employment law, including wage and hour disputes, probate litigation, and wills, trusts, and estate planning.  She has successfully represented clients in state and federal courts throughout New Mexico.  Jenny excels in appellate work and motion practice, and prides herself on writing persuasive legal briefs and presenting clear legal analysis. Clients consistently praise Jenny's responsiveness, attention to detail, and positive results.
  • Jenny works closely with individuals and families to create thoughtful and personalized estate plans. Jenny appreciates the importance of an individualized estate plan, and focuses on meeting with clients to understand their specific circumstances, so she can curtail each estate plan to meet her clients’ wishes. Jenny also works closely with clients to understand and navigate the probate process.
  • Jenny has served for seven years on the Santa Fe Preparatory School’s Alumni Board and is the current Alumni Board President. Jenny is also serving as a member of Santa Fe Prep's Board of Trustees.
